REFUND POLICY

Euclid University Extension policies conform to the highest guidelines of the academic community

All advance payments are refundable, within the limits cited below. Refunds are payable by check only and will not be charged back to a credit card.

*For students who pay upfront for their entire program, Euclid calculates the cost per credit hour and applies that amount to the table below.

PROGRAM-BASED ENROLLMENT REFUND POLICY
Amount of Program completed by student Fees refunded to student
  • Up to and including 10% of the program
50% of the tuition minus registration fee
  • Between 10 and 24 percent of the program
25% of the tuition minus registration fee
  • between 25 and 50 percent of the program
10% of the tuition minus registration fee
  • After the student completes more than half the program, the institution shall be entitled to retain the entire program tuition.

A student may request cancellation by phone, fax, mail, or e-mail. Upon cancellation, all money due the student will be refunded within 30 days subject to the following conditions.

Enrollment Cancellation

An enrollment may be canceled by a student within five calendar days of midnight on the day the enrollment agreement was signed or submitted electronically. Cancellation under these conditions results in a full refund.

Cancellation Prior to Course Start

When an enrollment is canceled during the period from five calendar days after midnight of the day the enrollment agreement was signed or submitted to the course’s start date, Euclid refunds tuition and fees minus registration fee.

Cancellation After Commencement of the Course

When a student cancels enrollment after beginning coursework, Euclid provides a partial refund of fees, according to this table:

80% of the tuition minus registration fee
  • After 2nd week of an 8-10 week online course
60% of the tuition minus registration fee
  • After 3rd week of an 8-10 week online course
40% of the tuition minus registration fee
  • After 4th week of an 8-10 week online course
20% of the tuition minus registration fee
  • After 5th week of an 8-10 week online course

Refund of Other Fees

  • Application fees, credit evaluation fees and fees paid for books and materials are non-refundable.
